ADMISSION PROCEDURE

 Open House

Opportunities are provided to visit the school in groups and become aware of the school philosophy, course description and graduation requirements.

 Early “Open House” visits and applications are strongly recommended since there is a limited number of a student accepted each year.

 OPEN HOUSE DATES 2007-2008

Tuesday September 25^th at 7pm

Tuesday October 23^rd at 7pm

Thursday November 8^th at 7pm

Thursday April 24th at 7pm

Application

 It is necessary before testing to submit an application.  This may be done by mail to the admissions office or at an open house.                

APPLICATION FORM

.Application and Testing Fee $100.00

Admission Testing

 Each student seeking admission to the Academy must take the Academy Exam even if the student has taken the diocesan exam.

 TESTING DATES

Saturday October 27^th at 8am

Saturday November 17^th at 8am

Registration for the testing dates may be made either by phone, email or letter at least one week prior to the test date.  If the application for admission has not been mailed in, it must be turned in on testing day with the application and testing fee.

Recommendations

Parents are asked to request that the two recommendation forms, be filled out by a teacher, guidance counselor or principal and mailed to the admissions office.

Transcripts

Parents are required to request that an official transcript be sent to the admissions office.
