Scholarships and Aid
The Academy of Saint Elizabeth is a not-for-profit institution that relies on tuition, fees and donations for its financial reliability. Tuition and fees are set annually.
Tuition
Tuition may be paid annually, semi-annually or quarterly. Annual expenses for the 2011-2012 school year are:
Tuition - $15,000
General Fee - $900
Book Fee - $400
Field Trip Fee - $125
Yearbook - $125
Special Fees (these are billed separately as appropriate):
Art Cycle - $50 (Freshmen)
Art - $150/course
Athletics - $250/sport
Science Lab - $150/course
First Aid - $100 (Juniors)
Graduation - $250 (Seniors)
Senior Parking - $100 (Seniors)
Financial Aid
Parents of applicants who are interested in receiving aid may make this known to the Admissions Office. An applicant must complete the admissions process before
requesting financial aid.
Requests for financial aid necessitate a private interview with the principal. In addition, the following must be provided in writing prior to the interview:
1. Statements concerning family income, assets and liabilites.
2. Number of children in elementary school, secondary school and college.
3. Copy of family's latest W-2 and 1040 forms.
